Really nice and so simple. I added a handful of chopped peanuts before serving and that was an extra bonus as it seemed to ’round off’ the dish.

Hi Nagi. I have actually made the bun cha in the air fryer with spray oil and it has been amazing! The nuoc cham sauce is similar to the one that I have now learned from you from the Vietnamese chicken vermicelli salad from the book!
