Made this 2 days ago and it was delicious. Have to be more careful with salt (Note to self – in the future do not add anymore salt as the chicken and the tinned tomatoes have sufficient salt!) Thought that the addition of some veg like potatoes/carrots or even chickpeas.. would give it interesting diversity.
