Followed this recipe for a 2kg veal cutlet rack and it was perfection. Served up with your bearnaise and also a chimichurri.

Thank you Nagi, your recipe has saved my life.
I was searching online for a suitable recipe to cook a nice piece of Tassie standing rib rack that I bought from the grocer last weekend. Nothing looked promising until I stumbled upon yours and I knew immediately that it would work well.
I followed the instruction, but because my piece of rib was slightly smaller than yours, it took a bit less time than what you have recommended.
It turned out very well, the meat was very soft and juicy, and the flavour was really good.
This recipe of yours is very simple, easy to follow and most importantly, the result is excellent.

made this tonight, it was the best prime rib I have ever made. I have tried a lot of ways to cook prime and never turns out great. thank you

Tried this recipe tonight and it was absolutely delicious! Very easy to make and everyone raved about it and the house smelled so good. The gravy was fabulous and very quick to make.
I have tried other prime rib recipes but this one tastes like it came from a fancy restaurant. Definitely will make it again. 🙂
