Just delicious. Bit of work & (we’re good eaters) found feed 4-5 max (& I used more mince). For a simpler version, Im going to make puff pastry logs next time. Great recipe.

Hi Nagi , I ve masa this tea tomas, I followed instruction, roll them with hand no problem, pérfect and delicioua. I would to know the left over pastry in your Note 3, I dont find the recipe to use. Is anggone kat me know please

Instead of using the lamb filling for filo pastry – I’ve spread it over a wrap and drizzled the yogurt dressing over it, added some chopped parsley. Delicious!!!!

Super wet – I would leave out the 1/4 cup water from the lamb prep next time. Too much filling chasing too little dough – it was like shepherds pie gone wrong. IT was tasty even though it was nothing like the picture.
