Gennie, at the top of the recipe, you can change the measuring type from cups to metric. you can also adjust serving sizes with a sliding scale. Nagi thinks of everything!!

Made this yesterday but ran out of time so left the dough for the last chill covered overnight in the fridge. I think it is ok. Did the plaiting and it has puffed itself up nicely. In the oven now.
