Hey Hi Nagi, I'm making this ( our fam fav) for fathers day and because I'm using about 13 thighs I'm wondering if I can cook it in a large lasagne dish instead of my usual round heavy base dish......will that affect the cooking of the rice? Love your recipes....we eat about 4 of them every week

3rd time making and always delicious. I use 6 chx thighs and add a little more rice and stock to make more yumminess.

I have never left a comment on a recipe before, but I just had to for this! I’ve made your Greek lemon and chicken rice for a couple of years and was looking for a new family meal and came across this. I love it! It’s definitely going to be a staple. Made it with thigh fillets as that’s what I had, and put them in at the start, made a salsa to go with it. So delicious and easy, thank you!
