Poifect!
I had one of the store bought rolls – wrapped in string – cuts of shoulder.
Whilst the pork came out fantastic, the gravy had evaporated! I’m guessing much less fat than the butcher cut would have given and so that needs to be accounted for when using the store bought roll next time. The liquid vaped off during the final 230 degrees (fan) for 30 mins.
