Actually got this working with a leg in a slow cooker following your slow cooker lamb leg instructions. Once the lamb was fall-apart I simply moved the liquid to two pans on the stove to reduce (adding the apricot and some dates with the zest at this point) while the meat was finished off in the oven. I then ladled the reduced sauce over chunks of leg and pearl cous cous.

Amazing flavours. Definitely a stand out on the site. Couldn’t believe how much the almonds added either.
