System “Minus 60″. How to eat?

It was nonrandom I wrote “how to eat”, not “what to eat”. The thing is that if you decided to lead with my system, you don’t need to refuse of anything. But first of all, you’ll have “to correct the mistakes” in the system of your nutrition. What do I mean?

1) You must have breakfast, to activate your metabolism in time. You don’t have to eat something large. You can eat just few crisps with cheese with coffee/tea/juice.

2) You don’t need to refuse of your favorite drinks. You can drink coffee/tea/alcohol, but add fructose or brown sugar instead of usual one and try to reduce the amount of spoons. Just imagine how less it will be in a month, if you get used to putting one tea-spoon, instead of two!!! Even if you drink one cup a day – it’s 30 spoons a month! And as a rule we drink even more, than one cup a day.
Prefer dry wine, better red one. I know, it’s often difficult to get used to it. But I can say by my own experience, that now I can’t imagine how I could drink semi-sweet wine, for example. I don’t recommend drinking beer in the second half of the day, so it will go out of your diet very soon.

3) Eat sweets! But till 12 o’clock. This is the approximate figure. In reality, if you eat a piece of cake at one o’clock, of course nothing horrible will happen. But it’s better to hold the latest hour – 12. The only thing you’ll have to do because of changing of your diet habits – is to refuse of milk chocolate… no, you won’t be deprived the happiness of the chocolate eating at all. You will just have to start eating dark chocolate (try to increase the percent of cacao content step by step). Believe me, in several months, you will be puzzled: how could you eat milk chocolate before! But even dark chocolate you should eat in the first half of the day.
TILL 12 o’clock you can eat whatever you want. After “H-hour” some limitations start to appear.

4) Don’t be afraid to taste something new! We often practice upon potatoes and spaghetti just because we don’t see the alternative for them. Try to use more rice or buckwheat as a garnish in your nutrition. For the beginning start to prefer converted rice, then start to use wild or brown rice. They as good as usual rice by taste, but much better for your body and health. The garnish of the frozen vegetables can be cooked quickly and easily, and they are sold almost in each shop. Combine, boil, stew, fry and bake – and you will definitely find “your own” garnish.

5) Wheat-bread, if you need it, you can eat only in the first half of the day. Choose rye crisps, or at worst rye bread.

6) Potatoes and spaghetti – try to eat them as early as possible, in ideal, if you want them a lot – eat them for the breakfast, cooked any way you want. Or eat them without meat or fish for the lunch.

7) On this stage you should eat not later than “6 o’clock”. I right this figure in quotations by some reason. If you go to bed, e.g. at three o’clock at night, you can have dinner later, but not later than 8 o’clock, even in this case. The earlier is the last food, the better. But don’t be fanatic, eat something at least at five, than you won’t feel a great hunger before going to bed and you won’t have troubles with falling asleep.

8) Don’t drink more water than you want. I suppose that your body is able to regulate the amount of water it needs. At least for the weight loss it is not too important how much you drink. So drink as much as you want, and not as you “must”. The same ideas I have about salt.

9) The lighter the last meal, the better. Rice, vegetables, yoghurt – are ideal variant.
