Vegetable salad diet for a “discharge day”
Maybe try a “discharge day”?
Fresh vegetables are always good. Besides, they are good partner for your “discharge day” and are perfect diet components. At least once a week you may may set up a “discharge day” may limit your daily meal to salads from fresh or baked vegetables only.
Such a “discharge day” will make it possible for your body to relax from too much food, processed ’stale’ balances, as well as help to maintain normal weight.

“Discharge day” salad
5 times a day should consume 250-300 g of vegetable salad.
The salads can be filled with both vegetable oil, and low-fat sour cream.
Salt should be limited to 3 grams per day (daily rate of salt – 5 g, is a teaspoon).
You can drink low-fat yogurt (up to 1 liter), green or herbal tea without sugar – up to 3 cups.
And that is all. Almost all. At least one more important ingredient you will have to add in process. And that is to do with your character feature!
